Delivery
We deliver directly to the address that you have specified when purchasing a product in this e-shop. A signature is required upon delivery of your goods. The signature is accepted by us as valid proof of delivery in the right condition. Please note the order may be palletised and delivered to the kerbside.
Please note: We are currently experiencing exceptional demand for VELUX products. Whilst we are of course working extremely hard to maximise VELUX production, the Global availability of raw materials is strained due to a number of factors that the entire industry is experiencing. It is therefore difficult for us to give the level of accuracy that we normally would in relation to delivery times at this stage. As such, please note the delivery date for goods will be confirmed on your order confirmation.

Where do We Deliver?
We ONLY deliver to UK mainland addresses for orders through this site. If you would like your products shipped to a different country, please visit one of our other shops. See a list of VELUX shops at www.veluxshop.com. Special terms and conditions may apply

Status of Your Order
We will send an email order confirmation and keep you updated at each stage of the ordering and delivery process. To enable us to offer the best service we can, we may call you to discuss your delivery requirements and pass your contact details on to our carrier. This will allow them to send you updates on your delivery via SMS and E-mail if selected. Should you have any problems, we ask you to contact us with your order details. VELUX will not pass on these details to any other third parties.

Standard delivery on most roof windows is 2 full working days. All times stated are in working days. The delivery time is stated on the basket page. For all orders placed in this shop we give you the possibility to select a later delivery date that suits you at no extra costs.
